Who Can Enter

• To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Washington State residents.
• Employees of Entercom, 107.7 The End, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of each are ineligible.

How to Enter Call-in Contests

• No purchase is necessary to enter. Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish.
• Listeners will be asked to call in on a designated telephone line at a particular time or times on 1077 The End. When calls are solicited by email or jock announcement, etc the caller must be the number solicited.
• One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously, but entries will only be solicited for one contest at a time. 1077 The End is not responsible for any telephone system failure or malfunctions or other inability for entrants to reach the telephone entry line.
• Winners will be selected in accordance with the criteria announced when calls are solicited. The contest will be judged by the person answering phones, and their decision will be final as to all matters, including (I) the order in which calls were received and (II) whether any answer required to be given is correct.
• By calling the designated telephone line, each contestant gives 1077 The End permission to record and/or broadcast contestant's telephone call. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become property of Entercom and 1077 The End.

The Prize(s)

• Winners for both enter to wins and call-in contests will be notified by phone, either when their name is drawn, or when they are the winning caller. Winners must provide their correct name, address, phone number, age and social security number to 1077 The End at the time of notification. Winners must bring valid picture ID and proof of social security to the station to claim prizes within 30 days. 1077 The End reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.
• When it is not possible for winners to appear at the station, 1077 The End reserves the right to deny awarding the prize. Prizes can be mailed via regular mail, but 1077 The End is not responsible for misdirected, mutilated, late, tampered with or lost prizes, and prizes will not be replaced.
• If the prize is over $600 winners must complete and sign a prize receipt before receiving their prize.
• Failure to collect the prize within 30 days, either by appearing at the station or calling to request mailing (unless the prize is not available within 30 days) will constitute forfeiture or the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain property of 1077 The End. Another winner will not be accepted.
• There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of 1077 The End. The station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
• The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
• Contestants are eligible to win only one prize, or prize pack, within any 30day period, regardless of number of contests entered. If a contestant is awarded two prizes within this period, one must be forfeited.
• Entercom and 1077 The End are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
• Entercom and 1077 The End are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
• In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Entercom and 1077 The End have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning / Miscellaneous

• Odds of winning depend on the number or correct entries received and the order in which telephone calls are received.
• For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1077 The End / 1100 Olive Way, Suite 1650 / Seattle, WA 98101.
• Complete contest rules are available to be picked up Monday through Friday during normal business hours at 1077 The End / 1100 Olive Way, Suite 1650 / Seattle, WA 98101 and on the station's website at 1077theend.com.
• Contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Entercom, 1077 The End and any other sponsors accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
• 1077 The End cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
• 1077 The End reserved the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates at any time.
